Anointing for Exploits – Rev’d Benjamin Oghenekaro

Text: Zechariah 4:1–14 (AMPC), Exodus 27:20–21

Introduction

Exploits are not accidental; they are spiritual outcomes. They begin the moment a man comes into alignment with God’s vision and begins to see rightly.

The journey into exploits starts the day your eyes are opened.

“Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.” — Zechariah 4:6

The anointing is the empowerment of God’s Spirit that enables a believer to achieve supernatural results beyond human strength, wisdom, or capacity.

What Are Exploits?

Exploits are not just achievements; they are notable, memorable, and divinely-enabled accomplishments.

They include:

  • The ability to turn dreams into reality
  • Seeing the invisible and doing the impossible
  • Starting and finishing what God has committed into your hands
  • Experiencing supernatural increase and multiplication
  • Living consistently in realms of glory
  • Honoring and maximizing small beginnings
  • Calling forth things that do not yet exist into manifestation

Areas We Experience Exploits

God desires that exploits are evident in every dimension of our lives:

  • Spiritual Life – Growth, power, and intimacy with God
  • Family – Peace, unity, and godly legacy
  • Career/Business – Excellence, innovation, and impact
  • Intellectual Development – Wisdom, insight, and creativity
  • Health – Strength and divine vitality
  • Finances – Provision and abundance
  • Social Influence – Positive impact and meaningful relationships

Fundamentals of Exploits

For exploits to be genuine and lasting, they must follow divine principles:

  • They are initiated by God – True exploits begin with Him
  • They are built on relationship – Intimacy with God sustains them
  • They are for God’s glory – Not for self-exaltation
  • They bless others – Exploits are never self-centered
  • They are God-sized – Beyond human explanation

The Secret to Exploits

The secret is simple but powerful:

  1. The Constant Supply of the Holy Spirit (The Oil)

The oil in Zechariah 4 represents a continuous flow, not a one-time experience.

A life of exploits requires a daily, consistent supply of the Spirit.

  1. Grace – The Evidence of “By My Spirit”

When God’s Spirit is at work, grace becomes evident.

Grace empowers you to do what effort alone cannot achieve.

God: The Ultimate Supplier

“And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need…” — Philippians 4:19

Every exploit is backed by divine supply. God never initiates what He cannot sustain.

What Hinders Exploits?

There are key things that can limit a believer from walking in exploits:

  1. Despising small beginnings
  • God often gives a taste before the fullness.
  • When we ignore or undervalue it, we miss the greater manifestation.
  1. Sin
  • Sin disrupts the flow of the Spirit
  • It disconnects a man from the source of supernatural empowerment

Final Charge

Exploits are not reserved for a few; they are the heritage of every believer who walks in alignment with God.

Stay connected to the Spirit, value every stage of your journey, walk in obedience, and you will step into a life of undeniable, supernatural exploits
